Technical Healthcare Support Specialist

The Nursing Assistant/Technician Partner will be responsible for delivering direct and indirect patient care in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of care. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing and/or assisting with patient care needs as directed
- Responding to call lights, inquiries, and requests from patients and families in a timely manner
- Collecting, documenting, and reporting ongoing patient care data as directed
- Measuring and/or documenting intake and output, including drainage, and obtaining daily weights when indicated
- Obtaining individual patient care equipment as directed
- Transporting patients as directed
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma, GED, or higher level of education
- Completion of a Nurse Aide program or comparable training
- Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to follow directions
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
