Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Manage projects according to Project Management Professional (PMP) principles, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Client Management: Identify opportunities for growth and development through good client management and consulting skills.

- Client Communication: Meet with clients weekly or bi-weekly, ensure project documentation is maintained in a timely manner, and monitor chargeability.
- Financial Management: Ensure timely and accurate billing, report on budget and schedule variances, and review WIP in Juris.
- Project Closure: Deliver or transition final products, obtain informal client feedback, and document project summaries and lessons learned.
- Resource Management: Close out resources and archive documentation, ensuring a smooth transition to the next project.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience: At least three years of experience as a PM or Senior level role.
- Certification: Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred.
- Skills: Ability to define efficient approaches to data collection, management, and analysis that ensure quality.
- Communication: Design and present clear, concise, complete, and correct summaries of information/analysis.
- Leadership: Demonstrate excellence in project management, aptitude for business development, and willingness to contribute to employee development and training.
