Hunter Douglas is a leading manufacturer of window coverings and architectural products, with a rich history of innovation and quality. We are seeking a skilled Molding Technician to join our team at our Owensboro, KY facility.
Key Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently set injection molds to produce products that meet customer specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mold issues, documenting findings and implementing solutions
- Read and verify part drawings for quality requirements
- Perform color changes and start-up/shut-down procedures for injection molding machines
- Perform preventive maintenance on molds and equipment
- 6+ months of injection molding experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of injection molding and related equipment
- Ability to learn and develop process parameters for injection molding machines
- Must be able to safely work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
