About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Safety and Compliance Manager to oversee the implementation of Company safety expectations as required by management and compliance organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices and minimize risks.
  • Deliver training programs to employees and contractors on safety best practices and regulations.
  • Analyze incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures, including emergency response plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incident reports.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and contractors on safety-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in safety management and compliance, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
