As the Branch Banking Supervisor, you will oversee operations at our banking center, fostering a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Your leadership will be crucial in developing a team that provides top-tier service across all banking functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the professional growth and well-being of your branch team.
  2. Engage with customers and prospects to build lasting relationships.
  3. Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates and feedback.
  4. Guide customers in utilizing digital banking tools for efficient transactions.
  5. Manage daily operations and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  6. Facilitate referrals to enhance customer relationships and internal collaboration.
  7. Make informed decisions promptly based on your expertise.
  8. Comply with all operational, security, and regulatory standards.
  9. Generate monthly reports detailing progress and compliance audits.
  10. Participate in community events to promote the bank and foster connections.

Additional Duties:

  1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the banking facility.
  2. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  3. Assist other departments with projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in team management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff.
  • A degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with technology, including mobile and online banking platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
  • Capability to stand for long durations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds consistently.
