About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Uline, Inc. in Hudson, WI. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our warehouse, customer service, office, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Ability to travel to job fairs, recruitment events, and Uline's domestic branches.
