Job Overview

Mako Oilfield Services LLC is seeking skilled Wiring and Harness Technicians to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals with a solid background in electrical systems and harness assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in harnesses and electrical cabinets, particularly with 1200 wire PLC harnesses.
  • Manufacture and assemble instrumentation and equipment harnesses to support internal verification and validation processes.
  • Demonstrate electrical knowledge and the ability to create wiring harnesses according to established schematics and data sheets.
  • Assemble connectors in compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the repair of sensors and harnesses as required.
  • Verify the functionality of instrumentation by adhering to documented procedures.
  • Ensure that the quality of work meets the requirements of testing applications.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Work independently while supporting a demanding delivery schedule.
  • Inspect completed harnesses for accuracy and functionality.
  • Follow safety protocols and uphold a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets.
Qualifications:
  • Flexibility in working hours, with potential shifts on 1st or 2nd shift.
  • Availability to work 50-60 hours per week.
  • Proven experience with wiring harnesses and electrical cabinets.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components.
  • Good vision and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in soldering is a plus.
