Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading the Vision Center team to achieve sales growth, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by optimizing merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Model and enforce customer service standards, providing guidance and direction to associates.
  • Oversee community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve the community.
  • Evaluate and report on asset protection and safety controls, developing action plans to improve performance.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Consult with customers, selecting products based on their needs, and maintaining confidential information.
Requirements
  • Completion of 2 or more years of college or equivalent.
  • 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience or 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience.
  • Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus awards, and other great benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off benefits. The estimated salary range for this position is $28.00-$43.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Sales Volume Category (SVC) adjustments.
