This College Readiness Facilitator position is a vital part of our team, focusing on fostering academic growth and decreasing barriers to education for our youth.

Responsibilities

  • Support youth enrolled in our Learning Center and College and Career Center programs.
  • Develop and lead literacy programming activities to enhance students' reading and writing skills.
  • Maintain data accuracy through consistent review and collaborative problem-solving across program databases.
