Accountant Position Overview

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Transaction Management: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing procedures, including the preparation and review of financial reports, to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, optimize financial performance, and inform business decisions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  • Tax Compliance: Support the preparation and organization of tax documents for year-end reporting and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Controller and Treasury Manager on bank statements and other financial tasks as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with a proven track record of financial management and analysis.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Location: Fully onsite, with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$80,000.
