As a Radiopharmaceutical Distribution Associate at Cardinal Health, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of radiopharmaceuticals and oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers. Your responsibilities will include preparing and making deliveries to customer accounts on assigned routes, using a company vehicle (non-CDL). You will also package radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, perform testing, and load/unload containers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and make deliveries to customer accounts on assigned routes
- Package radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment
- Perform testing and load/unload containers
- Use a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information, and navigate
- Process packages returned from customer locations
- Maintain vehicles in proper working condition and perform minor roadside repairs
- Perform general facility cleaning and other duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 18 years of age due to driving of company-owned vehicle
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
- Prior delivery driving experience a plus
- Ability to lift containers weighing up to 55 pounds
- Comfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hours
- Ability to sit, stand, be mobile, and operate a vehicle for extended periods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work different days, schedules, hours, come in early, stay late, or work overtime based on business needs
