About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ingot Flow Path Leader to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and direction to other salaried and hourly employees in the manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement
    • Remove obstacles increasing productivity and solve problems to root cause
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise Team Coaches within the department and provide coaching and training to improve area and team performance
    • Actively engage with Manufacturing Team Coaches and Lead Operators to drive results-oriented improvement initiatives
  • Strategic Business Improvement
    • Support the plant in strategic business improvement activities to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Project Management
    • Provide project management and single point accountability for the development and implementation of new technologies and processes
    • Coordinate and implement Lean Manufacturing principles across the department's material flow paths

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 4 years process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving principles in a manufacturing setting
  • Technical and project management experience, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
