Essential Qualifications:

Quality Responsibilities:
Develops and executes programs to establish and uphold quality standards for current products and services, while also creating initiatives to enhance employee focus on quality improvement. Formulates policies, procedures, and methodologies to assess product, material, components, and operational quality, and to enhance these aspects.
Quality Assurance Duties:
Accountable for the development and implementation of a compliant and cost-efficient quality system that guarantees the reliability, safety, and effectiveness of products and services.

Entry-Level Technician Role:

Applies basic knowledge and skills to perform routine tasks following prescribed steps, working within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods while adhering to quality guidelines.
