Overview:

The Client Relations Support Driver is responsible for fostering strong, positive relationships with clients while striving to exceed their expectations. In a competitive landscape, this role requires a balance between outstanding customer service and achieving individual sales growth objectives. As representatives of the organization, Client Relations Support Drivers work diligently to cultivate goodwill and loyalty while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a company vehicle within designated routes to deliver products and services to various clients.
  • Ensure daily vehicle maintenance checks are performed and maintain accurate operator documentation.
  • Independently manage daily routes to guarantee timely and precise product delivery.
  • Load and unload products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review daily invoices for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.
  • Achieve sales targets and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability.
  • Identify and develop leads, reach out to potential clients to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and onboard new accounts.
  • Assist the sales team in acquiring additional new business opportunities.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of services, policies, and pricing structures, effectively communicating these to clients.
  • Monitor client feedback and address customer concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of others by adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and equipment while following safe work practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that fall within the scope of the responsibilities outlined above.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience in customer service with consistent client interaction.
  • Strong mathematical and basic computer skills.
  • Preferred experience in selling services/products and generating new business.
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think critically to resolve customer issues.

Working Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
  • Fast-paced work environment that may require irregular hours.
  • Ability to routinely lift and maneuver at least 25 lbs and load/unload products without assistance.
  • Occasional lifting and maneuvering of 50+ lbs may be required.
  • This position involves bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
