Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist Lead to join our team at Sutter Health. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

About the Role
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $63.12 to $78.89 per hour, depending on experience. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will also be utilized to lead program teams, analyze workflow performance data, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Provides assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
* Leads program teams such as inpatient, outpatient, acute rehab, or other specific therapy services
* Analyzes workflow/process performance data and recommends solutions to improve performance
* Collects and analyzes data to inform strategic decisions and optimize patient outcomes

Requirements
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SP-Licensed)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
* At least 5 years of recent relevant experience in speech therapy
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
