KOA RV Park Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a KOA RV Park Agent. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and callers through the KOA system
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for stocking and cleaning programs as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the KOA RV Park

• No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our team
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn our software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

The work environment is characterized as an office setting, where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
