Description

Summary:

Responsible for reservations, check in and check out of guests at the KOA RV Park.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Provide check-in, check-out, and reservation service to all guests and callers through the KOA system
  • Answer phones calls
  • Handle daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for stocking and cleaning programs as requested.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements

Qualifications
  • No experience required
  • Knowledge of computer systems
  • The primary language spoken is English; ability to read, write, understand and speak English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

  • Frequently required to walk and stand for long periods

  • Reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Potential Work Environment Conditions

The work environment is characterized as an office setting, where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The immediate work environment is smoke free; however a smoking environment does exist in the building.
