As an intern at Syngenta, you will have the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals and contribute to real projects that drive meaningful change. You will be part of a team responsible for data collection, data entry, and providing insightful feedback on Syngenta's digital tools. You will also be exposed to on-farm trial development, presenting trial data to customers, and applying your academic background in agronomy and trial management. Key responsibilities include performing drone flights, product applications, and plot maintenance, as well as effectively communicating with peers and supervisors. To be successful in this role, you will need to be enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Agronomy, Ag Business, Ag Engineering, or a closely related field of study. You should have a strong understanding of modern agronomic practices and be able to use MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Innovative thinking, effective communication, and attention to detail are essential skills for this position.
