As an intern at Syngenta, you will have the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals and contribute to real projects that drive meaningful change. You will be part of a team responsible for data collection, data entry, and providing insightful feedback on Syngenta's digital tools. You will also be exposed to on-farm trial development, presenting trial data to customers, and applying your academic background in agronomy and trial management. Additionally, you will perform drone flights, product applications, and plot maintenance, and effectively communicate with peers and supervisors regarding project status and work activities. To be successful in this role, you must be enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Agronomy, Ag Business, Ag Engineering, or a closely related agricultural field of study. You should have a strong understanding of modern agronomic practices and be able to use MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should also be innovative, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with external stakeholders to share feedback on their products and technology offerings.
