Job Summary

DANIEL DEFENSE LLC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality procedures and work instructions.
  • Monitor and record non-conformance activity and assist production with problem-solving on quality issues.
  • Participate in weekly toolbox meetings to discuss safety and quality issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of prior related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities under deadlines and pressure.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Intermittent standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise and chemicals.
