This individual will also represent the firm as an expert in the Geospatial field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the department to provide cost-effective services to various stakeholders.
  • Represent the firm as an expert in the Geospatial field.
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Land Surveying team.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the department's revenue.
  • Ensure the quality of technical products, including reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, permits, and other contract documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Surveying or Geospatial Science.
  • 10+ years of experience in Surveying or Geospatial, with local knowledge of the Massachusetts market.
  • Massachusetts PLS licensure required; licensure in Connecticut and/or Rhode Island a plus.
  • Proficiency with Trimble Business Center, AutoCad Civil 3D, MicroStation/Open Roads, and Leica Cyclone and/or TopoDOT.
