Companion Aide

The estimated salary for this position is $12-$16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. About the Role:
This role involves providing comprehensive support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as managing client medication, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. You will also be responsible for reading and complying with relevant policies and procedures, including those related to Medicaid and Virginia Department of Health regulations.

Key Requirements:
- Must be certified as a CNA, NA, or PCA (exception Companion Aide only to Private Pay)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Documentation of positive work history as evidenced by at least two work references on file
- Valid Driver's License
- No more than 2 company or state barrier crimes (criminal history check results must meet state and company standards)
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
