Key Responsibilities

  • Reception Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage and disseminate correspondence, including emails and mail, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Update and maintain records, including leave and medical certificates, on our staff movement system.
  • File and maintain accurate records of employee leave and medical certificates.
  • Distribute forms and documents to new contract staff and employment agencies.
  • Assist with testimonials, i-exam registration slips, and Giro Option forms.
  • Help with progress reports, print labels for staff trays, and provide ties and T-shirts to new staff as needed.
  • Prepare name tags for visitors and guests, and print signage for school events.
  • Match e-invoices to AORs and prepare vouchers and coupons as needed.
  • Handle data-entry related to finance matters, including calling students for payment or information.
  • Update suppliers database as required.
  • Assist Year Heads in Junior High and Senior High Open House and other events.
  • Conduct temperature checks for contract workers, visitors, and students when necessary.

Requirements

  • Full GCE O Level certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of initiative and independence, with a strong team spirit.
