About the Team

ShowingTime+ is on the lookout for skilled photographers to join our team for part-time real estate media assignments. This role allows you to leverage your expertise in the real estate sector, capturing stunning images, videos, drone footage, and interactive 3D floor plans to assist real estate professionals in effectively marketing their listings. By collaborating with us, you will be at the cutting edge of real estate media innovation, providing consumers with the visual content they seek when searching for a home.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity where photographers typically work around 20 hours per week, depending on regional demands. During peak periods, there may be occasions to exceed this hour count. While primarily part-time, there is potential for future full-time positions.

As a Photographer with ShowingTime+ and our Listing Media Services, your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing top-tier, professional still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360 virtual tours, drone imagery, and social media content for properties available for sale or rent.
  • Employing advanced photography techniques and equipment to highlight the distinctive features and aesthetics of each property, enabling sellers and agents to present their listings in the most appealing manner.
  • Engaging with clients on-site to ascertain their specific photography requirements and expectations.
  • Providing direction and assistance to clients and property owners during shoots to achieve optimal results and enhance the visual impact of the images.
  • Utilizing innovative proprietary technology to craft captivating multimedia experiences.
  • Ensuring all photographs comply with brand standards and accurately represent properties.
  • Maintaining and managing photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and accessories, to guarantee peak performance.
  • Organizing and uploading captured media for post-processing, adhering to deadlines and availability guidelines.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in real estate photography to continually refine your skills.
  • Developing creative concepts to effectively showcase the unique selling points of each property.
  • Collaborating with team members such as Regional Managers, Market Leaders, and other photographers, as well as external partners like real estate agents and marketing professionals, to produce cohesive visual assets for marketing initiatives.
  • Adapting to future changes in media, products, services, and processes.
  • Representing ShowingTime+ in a professional capacity.

Requirements
  • Ability to learn ShowingTime+ processes and systems.
  • Experience in capturing high-quality photography, particularly in real estate, including exterior and interior shots, videos, 3D tours, and drone media.
  • Strong understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR or mirrorless systems.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 drone license and operate a drone safely in compliance with regulations.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to cover distances of 60+ miles.
  • Reliable internet access for daily uploads.
Required Equipment
  • A professional full-frame or crop sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera capable of shooting 5 bracket, Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB).
  • A wide-angle lens.
  • A tripod and adjustable tripod head.
