Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed plans for assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct engineering design and analysis calculations for plans, utilizing industry-leading software
  • Perform quality calculations for construction documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Review and coordinate design and quality calculations, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Review shop drawings and handle Requests for Information, maintaining open communication with stakeholders
  • Support bridge inspections and on-site tasks, demonstrating a commitment to quality and safety
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Project Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 0-3 years of structural engineering experience, with a strong foundation in industry standards and best practices
  • EIT certification (desired), demonstrating a commitment to professional development
  • Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD (desired), utilizing industry-leading software
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
