Your Impact:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services, including provisioning and management of virtual services
  • Linux system administration with RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu
  • System monitoring, maintenance, service upgrades, and security patching
  • Troubleshooting services at Tier 1/2 level
  • Knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Support for configuration management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, and GitLab

Requirements:

  • Provide support for IT systems implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Assist users with accessing and utilizing IT systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 problems
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization
  • Provide detailed analysis and feedback for escalated tickets
  • Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • At least 15 years experience as a Systems Administrator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RPM development and deployment
