Role Overview

In the role of Maintenance Technician at Martignetti Companies, you will play a crucial part in delivering service repairs and training for our automated material handling systems, including AS/RS and other related systems. Your main objective will be to guarantee the optimal functionality of Material Handling Systems to support warehouse operations while delivering outstanding customer service to the facility.

Core Responsibilities
  • Engage in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and overhauling equipment
  • Provide training to junior technicians on maintenance protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repair activities
  • Respond promptly to service requests throughout the facility
  • Evaluate equipment performance and suggest enhancements
  • Conduct maintenance within a designated technical area
  • Effectively identify and resolve issues
  • Follow preventive maintenance schedules and practices
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards
  • Perform minor repairs related to electrical, plumbing, and equipment
  • Possess experience with material handling machinery and PLCs
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms
  • Inspire and guide staff to meet performance objectives
  • Exhibit strong analytical capabilities
Qualifications
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of technical training
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
