Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at EVRAZ North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical, electronic, and combustion-instrumentation maintenance to all areas of the Mill in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, electronic, and combustion-instrumentation systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and electronic equipment
  • Install, dismantle, and assemble electrical and electronic equipment
  • Work with various types of electrical and electronic systems, including controls, switches, valves, ovens, furnaces, and machinery
  • Operate overhead cranes and other heavy equipment as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field
  • Valid Colorado license and mobile equipment qualification
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to climb, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 75 pounds
