Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated Retail Operations Manager for North America (M/F) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Sézane. This position is essential in ensuring an unparalleled customer experience through the optimization of retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the communication of directives and procedures from our headquarters to the retail network in North America.
- Provide comprehensive support to teams during the launch and closure of pop-up locations.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new stockists within our retail spaces.
- Implement and enforce stock management protocols and front office processes, while delivering training on tools and equipment utilized by the teams.
- Act as a local resource for global transformation initiatives, including RFID and anti-theft systems.
- Ensure that operational KPIs for North America are consistently achieved, including stock accuracy and mobile payment percentages.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar operational role within the retail sector.
- Proven cross-functional leadership abilities to effectively manage teams across various locations.
- Willingness to travel frequently to different retail sites.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, driven by teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions can make a significant impact.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous.
Compensation:
Salary range of $100k-$120k, commensurate with experience.
