Job Summary
We are seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the investment team in the tracking and oversight of client portfolios. This will include preparing and circulating investment reports, managing document flow, and providing administrative support to the investment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Tracking and Reporting
- Prepare and circulate investment reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage document flow, including subscription and redemption documents
- Reconcile investment cash flows and ensure accurate recording of investment activities
- Investment Accounting Support
- Support the completion of accounting and tax compliance
- Prepare quarterly schedules and annual financial statements
- Administration
- Manage a thorough and organized digital filing system
- Prepare and deliver meeting materials for investment committee meetings
- Provide administrative support to the investment team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an investment management or financial services firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
- Experience with performance reporting software and Microsoft Office applications
