Job Title: Pick Up and Delivery Driver

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is seeking a skilled Pick Up and Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle within the assigned area to pick up or transport parts as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick up and deliver parts in the most efficient manner, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist the shipping and receiving clerk in checking in and stocking parts, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean driving record within company requirements, ensuring a safe and reliable transportation service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
  • Prefer parts-related experience, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity, with a strong customer service focus.
