PGS NH Care is seeking a highly qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team in Winchester, VA.

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. This role offers an opportunity for meaningful work while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our community.

At PGS NH Care, we are dedicated to delivering evidence-based mental health care services to patients in nursing homes, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities. We collaborate with our facility partners to provide high-quality care, support, and educational resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients.
  • Consult and educate facility staff on patient care and treatment plans.
  • Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
  • State license as a nurse practitioner (required).
  • DEA license (required).
  • Able to stand for 20 minutes.
  • Able to lift 15 pounds.
