Service Advisor

Keller Motors is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

• Schedule Service Work: Coordinate and schedule service work in the service department to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Sell Additional Services: Identify and sell additional services to customers to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with Customers: Communicate effectively with customers to determine the nature of their mechanical problems and provide accurate estimates and repair instructions.
• Manage Repair Orders: Manage repair orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet Sales and Quality Targets: Meet or exceed sales and quality targets, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

• Education and Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
