- Delivering an engaging and effective teaching experience.
- Actively participating in the evaluation and enhancement of course materials and curriculum as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
- Regularly updating and refining syllabi to ensure the highest educational standards.
- Exhibiting a passion for teaching and fostering a supportive learning environment for students.
Your Qualifications:
- A terminal degree is preferred, though candidates currently pursuing one will be considered.
- Compliance with the qualifications and standards set by relevant accreditation bodies is essential.
- Maintaining necessary professional certifications for the teaching role is required.
- Licensure to practice physical therapy in California is mandatory for physical therapists.
- Experience of 0-4 years in a university or college teaching environment, or previous appointment as an assistant professor at a regionally accredited institution.
- Familiarity with online learning management systems to enhance student engagement is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of applicable state, federal, and local regulations related to educational programs and compliance standards.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed and occasionally to other campuses.
- Bilingual communication skills are advantageous but not required.
Compensation:
Salary Range: USD $95,000 - $138,553.54 per year.
