Licensure and Certification Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid Indiana Registered Nurse License issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification is required.
Experience Requirements:
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or office setting.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an ASN or BSN degree.
