Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Team, improve our Preventative Maintenance system, integrate new equipment, and utilize their expertise to enhance the quality and performance of our 80,000 square foot facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety: Develop and implement a comprehensive safety program to protect employees, assets, and the environment.
  • Maintenance Team Leadership: Supervise and train the Maintenance Team to ensure effective scheduling, training, and performance of preventive maintenance, projects, and responsiveness to critical downtime.
  • Equipment Optimization: Improve the quality and performance of our equipment by identifying and addressing issues, establishing consistent processes, and developing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize our manufacturing processes to reduce scrap, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a culture of responsibility, independence, and entrepreneurship, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline.
  • Maintenance Management Experience: Proven record of leadership skills, disciplined problem-solving, and organizational success in a multi-product business environment.
  • Personality: Strong, curious, and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
