Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and collaboration, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and team members. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes trust and collaboration, effectively resolving conflicts and managing team dynamics to ensure smooth project progression.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as an Engineering Project or Program Manager, focusing on high-quality software delivery.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, data ecosystems, technical platforms, and the engineering lifecycle.
- Able to assess and refine engineering project proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data for insights and present findings effectively.
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of accountability and successful project delivery.
- Experience in enterprise architecture and solution design.
- Relevant project management certifications.
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain principles.
- Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
