Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and collaboration, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and team members. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes trust and collaboration, effectively resolving conflicts and managing team dynamics to ensure smooth project progression.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Engineering Project or Program Manager, focusing on high-quality software delivery.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, data ecosystems, technical platforms, and the engineering lifecycle.
  • Able to assess and refine engineering project proposals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data for insights and present findings effectively.
  • Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse teams.
