Speech-Language Pathologist for Idaho Schools

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support the communication and language development of students in our district. As an SLP, you will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to provide high-quality speech and language services.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, monitoring and documenting progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' communication needs in the classroom and at home.
- Participate in IEP meetings and educate staff on strategies to support speech and language development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Idaho state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
