Your role is pivotal in supporting and developing Restaurant Managers to ensure outstanding restaurant operations, maximizing sales and profitability, delivering exceptional guest service, and adhering to all relevant Brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Capable of performing all roles of restaurant team members and managers
  • Ensure all locations within your portfolio meet Brand operational and food safety standards
  • Evaluate restaurant sales and drive enhancements in operations, execution, sales, and profitability
  • Understand your local market and competitive landscape
  • Set sales and service objectives with franchise owners and restaurant managers
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve any issues
  • Facilitate team meetings
  • Provide training and coaching to restaurant managers on various topics including marketing initiatives, limited-time offers, and Brand standards
  • Ensure proper execution of new products and processes during marketing initiatives
  • Develop strategic business plans for your portfolio and collaborate with franchise owners on action plans
  • Articulate a clear vision and communicate effectively with the team
  • Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as necessary
  • Travel between restaurant locations is required

Management Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant managers
  • Plan, monitor, and assess restaurant employee performance
  • Coordinate the Restaurant Management team to enhance restaurant performance and execution
  • Coach Restaurant Managers to boost sales, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction

Education/Experience:

  • 5+ years of retail experience managing multiple stores, departments, or units, including P&L, inventory, operations, and customer service

  • 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more, with strong leadership and communication skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in a multi-unit environment, with knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting
