About the Role

InGenesis is seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team. As a Psychiatrist, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Prescribe and monitor medication treatment services, including monitoring side effects and adverse reactions.
  • Offer comprehensive psycho-educational information to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from a school in the United States, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory.
  • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Washington.
  • Satisfactory completion of an approved residency training program.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Verbal proficiency in Spanish (preferred, not required).
  • Ability to pass a federal government security background check.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to walk unaided at a normal pace for up to 10 minutes and maintain balance.
  • Ability to respond to medical emergencies within 4 minutes.
  • Ability to perform CPR/emergency care standing or kneeling.
  • Ability to lift, push, or carry 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time.
