About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team at GB - Global. As a Claims Adjuster, you will play a critical role in resolving property claims in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate property claims to determine the extent of damage and liability
  • Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim frequency and severity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claim resolution
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in claims adjusting or a related field
  • Active adjuster's licenses in all states where claims are being handled
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with claims and business software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
