About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion Financials expert to join our public sector team. As a senior-level consulting position, you will provide innovative solution leadership to project teams and own the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality and innovative solution leadership to project teams.
  • Own the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements.
  • Lead and analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives.
  • Exercise judgment and eye for business in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to project teams and influence customer leadership on key decisions.
  • Solve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience.
  • Prior team leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $86,900 - $178,200 per annum, with potential for bonus and equity. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, and retirement options.
