Laboratory Specialist

Contract Type: 3 months + possible extension
Compensation:
$30/hr W2
Working Hours:
8am to 4pm
The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing validations and qualifications of lab equipment, test methods, and preparing preliminary test reports for review and analysis. Additionally, the technician will maintain a GDP compliant laboratory notebook, receive laboratory consumable orders and sample orders into the lab, and maintain laboratory consumable inventory.
Requirements:
Must have prior laboratory experience following USP, ASTM, EP, or ISO Standards. Current Chemistry or Microbiology experience is preferred. A Bachelor's or Associate degree in a technical field or comparable work experience is preferred. Metrology or measuring skills are necessary. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office products is required.
