Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate potential unconventional business avenues.
  • Support the annual reporting process, including bond issuance, credit assessments, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the real estate sector.
  • 10 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Work Environment

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and computers.
  • The role is primarily sedentary in nature.
