Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- At least 10 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- 10 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Work Environment
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and computers.
- The role is primarily sedentary in nature.
