Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced LPN Intake/Scheduler to join our team at Home Care Now, a top-tier home health agency. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As an integral member of our corporate office team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our company by scheduling private duty shifts and Medicare visits, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include scheduling private duty shifts and Medicare visits, managing client relationships, participating in recruiting and hiring activities, assigning personnel to shifts and visits, ensuring compliance with order frequencies, and matching caregivers to our clients. Additional responsibilities include receiving and coordinating home care referrals and/or staffing requests, assigning qualified and competent personnel to the case, ensuring orders are timely and filing is current, supporting agency recruitment efforts, upholding agency values, and adhering to Medicare and Florida ACHA home health rules and regulations.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least two years of experience scheduling at a private duty home care agency with Medicaid LTC/VA/Private payer sources, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, have knowledge of Medicare and Florida ACHA home health rules and regulations, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude, and possess experience with home health agency software programs and EVV mobile AP solutions.
