Job Description: We are seeking a talented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Westborough, Massachusetts. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Greet and assist customers, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers
  • Assist with ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance
