The Role

Position: In-Home Support Manager
Location: Wakefield, MA
Pay rate: $22 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday (12pm-8pm) Must be flexible to meet needs of Individuals

Job Summary and Responsibilities

The In-Home Support Manager is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the residence, including implementing agency policy and practice and ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of the DDS. Ensures that the home environment is maintained to the highest standard. Protects the rights, freedoms, and confidentiality and supervises the medical, nutritional health, and general welfare of individuals within the program.

  • Provide oversight of the medical health, nutritional standards, educational, and general welfare of the individuals.
  • Participates in the development of the (ISP) Individual Service Plan and periodic review, in collaboration with all staff.
  • Holds regular meetings with individuals to discuss issues, activity plans, and household routines.
  • Engages with the individuals and participates in program and community activities. Responsible for community outreach to ensure integration and relationship building.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required (BA degree in Human Services or related field preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities or similar needs required
  • Experience working with families of individuals supported and other service providers preferred
  • Must hold current CPR & First Aid certification
  • A passion and dedication to supporting our people is a must
  • Valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
  • Must pass company background and reference checks
