Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Scrub Technician to join our team at United Surgical Partners. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for maintaining a sterile environment during surgical procedures and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures
  • Assist the surgical team in maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment
  • Ensure the sterility of all supplies and instruments during setup and throughout the procedure
  • Assist with the preparation and transportation of surgical equipment and supplies
  • Participate in emergency preparedness drills and maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Scrub Technician Program preferred
  • Two years of experience as a Scrub Tech in multiple specialties or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
