About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Bank Teller to join our team at Pacific Premier Bank. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high level of delivery in line with the Bank's Client Service Standards.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other Bank Transactions within assigned limits.
  • Balance and maintain cash drawer in accordance with branch performance standards.
  • Proactively respond to incoming calls and serve as a customer advocate in researching and resolving errors and answering questions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of and adhere to all regulatory, compliance, banking policies and procedures applicable to this position.
  • Perform account maintenance in accordance with established bank policies and procedures.
  • Open consumer and business accounts in accordance with established bank policies and procedures.
  • Uncover cross-sell opportunities internally and with partners through needs-based conversations.
  • Meet assigned goals as assigned by branch management.
Qualifications
  • 6+ months Banking experience including Bank Teller and Customer Service.
  • Sales experience a plus.

Pacific Premier Bank offers a competitive salary range of $17.29/hr to $25.94/hr, plus a business line incentive and comprehensive benefits package.
