We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking, using proper transfer techniques and equipment.
- Deliver a positive dining experience and assist residents with meals, snacks, and supplements.
- Document resident care and behavior, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Handle and dispose of linens, soiled clothing, or supplies properly.
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
- Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
- Satisfactorily completes yearly department-specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year.
